Terms of Service

The Application provides general health information generated by artificial intelligence. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical diagnoses, and does not replace a consultation, examination or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

• Always consult a doctor before making decisions about your health, medication or treatment.
• Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the Application.
• In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use the Application for emergencies.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Application.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The quality of the analyses depends on the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their authorisation.

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• submit content that is not related to health, or that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others;
• enter health or personal data about another person without their consent or legal authority;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures or content checks;
• access the Application with bots, scrapers or other automated means, or overload or disrupt it;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Application or its AI outputs as a service;
• use the Application to develop a competing product or to train AI models.

Analyses, questions and answers are generated automatically by third-party AI models based on the information you provide. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and the same input may produce different results. You use them at your own discretion and risk, and they should be reviewed with a healthcare professional.

• The Application may limit the number of consultations or messages per day. Current limits are shown in the Application.
• Premium access may offer higher limits and additional AI models. Premium status is granted by us and may be changed or withdrawn.
• If we introduce paid plans, the price and conditions will be shown to you before any purchase, and additional terms may apply.

You keep ownership of the information you submit, such as symptoms, health profile data and medical records. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it, including to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy, only as needed to provide and secure the Application. You confirm that you have the right to submit this information.

The Application, including its software, design, texts and the REDHO name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

• You can stop using the Application at any time. To delete your account and data, email us as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or disable your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Application, or if required by law or to protect other users.
• Accounts that were registered but never completed the health questionnaire may be deactivated and removed.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, AI models or the Application as a whole, and we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or errors. Where a change significantly affects you, we will try to give you reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or medical suitability of its content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm resulting from decisions or actions you take, or fail to take, based on content in the Application. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Application is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the Application or by email. By continuing to use the Application after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

Before starting any proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
