coding a header in CSS

Anybody want to make some quick money coding a header in CSS? I have the image and it's all sliced up... just need it put together with the CSS

Honestly, I just don't know how to do it

That's the header. The white part on the left will be the logo. Then there are two sections of links... I'm guessing they'd just be <ul>'s. Then the final right part will just have a search box

Normally, I'd implement that with full-blown backgrounds: the sales list wouldn't be broken down that hard, for example

All, office, retail, etc...

I mean the background (without the text) should be a background to the UL
Not particularly tough. Each line is equal height
