Salary: £31,544 - £34,227 pa (pay review pending)
We are looking for a lively, qualified, experienced Solaris System expert to manage our critical 24/7 Solaris Unix servers. You will need good practical system administration skills, knowledge of Sun Solaris (7,8,9) and of Unix technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, NIS+, LDAP, volume management, backup systems, mail, authentication services, file servers, user accounts, name servers, shell scripting, Perl and C languages. The work involves installation and configuring, updating and patching, troubleshooting and daily monitoring tasks.

Annual holiday entitlement: 26 days
