Our client is a specialist software development company with a mission to revolutionise the way IT requirements are researched, planned, and implemented. It is their business aim to simplify previously complex and time consuming tasks, and introduce consistency where it has been difficult to achieve using traditional methods. To aid them in their attainment of these core aims, the company requires a PHP Programmer.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you must hold a minimum of two years’ experience working with both PHP and mySQL. Additionally, you must have used Windows as a development platform and preferably have experience of a UNIX platform (for example FreeBSD, Redhat, Mandrake). You must also have a good understanding of Object Orientated programming. In return, the company are offering a salary of between £25,000 and £30,000, depending on experience.

Knowledge of the following would also be advantageous in the application process:

* PHP5, JavaScript
* HTML, DHMTL, XML
* Apache 2.0, win32, CVS

You must also show an exceptional ability to think through difficult conceptual problems that require thorough logical answers and prove that you can work methodically and in a structured way whilst being able to think outside the box when required.
