Mediacurrent is in the midst of explosive growth – as a result we are seeking a highly competent web developer to join our entrepreneurial driven company.  Our increasing client base and workload comes primarily and almost exclusively from unsolicited referrals from satisfied customers.  This is a groundfloor opportunity to work directly with the partners of the company and gain maximum exposure to a myriad of technical, business, and operational skills.  As the “right hand” person you will be able to apply and utilize a wide cross-section of technical skills and be challenged by the uniqueness each project will offer.  Our culture is comfortable, highly energized, dynamic and flexible.

 


Qualifications for this position include:

- A degree from a 4 year university with an emphasis/major on technology and/or degree from an accredited art institute or equivalent work experience is required

- Technical experience with the following suite of products a must: Adobe Creative Suite, Macromedia MX, Macromedia Flash, and MS Office

- Hands on coding experience with HTML, Javascript, and Flashactionscript required (SQL a plus).

- Classroom instruction or understanding of the following required: XML, DHTML, CSS-P, ASP.NET, and PHP

- A clean graphic design and/or website portfolio that highlights a track record of creativity, innovative thinking, and technical proficiency a major plus

- “Soft” skills include the ability to interact with clients and gather requirements on various projects, working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive projects, and a great attitude

 


The successful candidate will work with clients and help to manage and maintain files for web-centric based marketing campaigns.
